Welcome to Pickleball Cove. By accessing or using our facility, website, or booking system, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Court Use and Reservations
All court reservations must be made online through our official booking system.
Reservations may be made up to one hour before an available time slot.
Walk-in play is not offered.
Courts are not held without full payment and confirmed booking.
Each booking grants private, exclusive use of the court for the reserved time only.
Access to the facility is limited strictly to the booking holder and their invited guests during the reserved time.
2. Private Facility Use
Pickleball Cove is a private, premium, single-court facility.
Your booking does not grant access to the facility outside your reserved time.
Access codes or entry credentials are non-transferable and may not be shared.
Unauthorized access, overstaying bookings, or allowing unbooked individuals into the facility may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential future booking restrictions.
3. Code of Conduct
All players and guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
Please be mindful of neighbors within the building, particularly regarding noise, volume, and any music played.
Aggressive behavior, abuse, vandalism, unsafe play, or misuse of the facility is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access without refund for violations of conduct rules.
4. Waivers and Assumption of Risk
Pickleball is a physical activity and carries inherent risk.
All participants must have a signed waiver on file before entering the court.
The booking holder is responsible for ensuring all members of their group have completed the required waiver.
Waivers will be provided electronically and must be completed prior to play.
By using the facility, you agree to release Pickleball Cove, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
5. Equipment and Personal Property
Pickleball Cove does not provide rental equipment.
Players must bring their own paddles and personal gear.
Pickleballs may be available for purchase via vending machine when installed.
Pickleball Cove is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking to receive a refund.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
All booking changes must be completed through the online system.
Customer inquiries via email or chatbot regarding availability or bookings will be redirected to the online booking platform.
7. Membership Terms
Premium Memberships are limited, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Membership benefits, booking privileges, and access terms are subject to change.
Memberships may be revoked for misuse of the facility, violation of these terms, or conduct inconsistent with the premium, private nature of Pickleball Cove.
8. Facility Hours and Closures
Pickleball Cove operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Temporary closures may occur due to maintenance, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds are guaranteed for closures beyond our reasonable control.
9. Security and Monitoring
For safety and protection of the facility, Pickleball Cove uses active security cameras in common areas.
Footage may be reviewed in the event of incidents, damage, or disputes.
By entering the facility, you consent to video monitoring for security purposes.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through bookings, waivers, or memberships is used solely for operational purposes.
We do not sell or share personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Changes to Terms
Pickleball Cove reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
